I’ve been in your shoes.

I’ve built businesses from idea to launch, supported executives at the highest level, built teams across various industries, and looked after some of the world’s most demanding clients.

My career has taken me behind the scenes of businesses at very different stages - from turning an idea into something fully operational to stepping into established businesses and ensuring the people, projects, and priorities actually move forward.

Then life happened. I took time out to raise my children and came back with more drive, more clarity, and a desire to build something that brought all of that experience together.

Because the best support doesn’t always fit neatly into one box. It might be strengthening your operations, growing your team, bringing a launch or event to life, or simply having someone capable step in and take ownership of an important project.

That’s what The Business Concierge London is.

Your secret weapon. Your right hand. Your behind-the-scenes powerhouse.

Hi, I’m Tshay.

My Approach

Every engagement starts with listening.

I take the time to understand you, your business and what you're trying to achieve. Sometimes you'll know exactly what you need. Other times, you might just know something isn't working or that you need another perspective - we'll figure it out together.

I'm naturally someone who thinks ahead, notices the details and looks for solutions. I like to understand the bigger picture, but I'm equally comfortable rolling up my sleeves and getting things moving.

When I take something on, I genuinely care about the outcome. You'll always know where things stand; you'll always be able to talk to me, and whether you're an established business, a growing team or at the beginning of something exciting, you'll receive the same level of care, discretion and attention to detail.

Your Secret Weapon

Thinking ahead, solving problems and getting things moving.

Your Right Hand

Trusted, discreet and fully invested in what you're building.
